To ensure the best possible results and retention, please review the following policies and appointment guidelines. Lash extensions are semi-permanent lash fans or individual extensions applied to your natural lashes to create a longer, fuller, and darker appearance. PRE-APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES Please arrive to your appointment with: • Clean lashes • No mascara • Minimal eye makeup • No strip lash glue residue • No oil-based products around the eyes If possible, please limit caffeine before your appointment, as it can cause eye fluttering and make application more difficult. AFTERCARE & RETENTION Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining healthy lash extensions and maximizing retention. I am not responsible for premature shedding caused by: • Improper aftercare • Excessive rubbing or touching • Sleeping habits • Picking or pulling at extensions • Use of oil-based products • Failure to follow aftercare instructions GUEST POLICY To maintain a relaxing environment and due to limited space, no extra guests or children are permitted unless previously approved. Cancellation Policy
There is a 40% cancellation fee for any no-call / no-show or any cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
